Art Miami Pavilion: Located in in the Wynwood Art District of Miami, the Art Miami Pavilion is a short 15-minute drive to/from the fair's previous location at the Miami Beach Convention Center. December 6-10, 2007, Art Miami will move to a spectacular temporary structure in the Wynwood Art District. Situated at NW 2nd Avenue and 22nd Street, the dramatic 80,000 square foot custom-designed, air-conditioned pavilion will host approximately 100 galleries and feature quality dining and a VIP lounge. The easy-to-reach site will have ample parking and space for outdoor projects. By offering the largest booths available among the Wynwood fairs, Art Miami is destined to be a platform for modern and contemporary international galleries presenting primarily mid-career and established artists. Art Miami anticipates a prominent selection of European, American and Asian galleries to form the core of the fair, while it will also provide space in its SLICE section to qualified galleries showcasing cutting-edge artists. The show’s 18th edition boasts an extensive marketing campaign designed to position the fair as the venue of choice for galleries seeking a loyal regional audience, while attracting the thousands of visitors who come to Miami during the world’s most talked-about art fair season.
